This is a 50-minute primal strength & conditioning class using bodyweight and kettlebell movements. Focused on building strength, endurance, and improving technique through primal & kettlebell complexes and flows. Kettlebell Strong is a hybrid of mobility, core, and strength development through bodyweight and kettlebell movements.
