Strength & Performance with Chelsea

A program designed to maximize your ability in these areas: strength, conditioning, power, stamina, and flexibility. Solace’s Strength and Performance classes consist of a warm-up, strength or skill segment, and a conditioning piece. Classes can be done with minimal to no equipment and are open to individuals of all experience levels.
