With Coronavirus closing our doors, we are opening new ones. Solace is coming directly to your home with two new ways to participate in the classes and workouts you have come to count on at our gym location. You’ll see the same coaches you love, except this time they’ll be arriving through Zoom, and YouTube. Each day you can plan on seeing more and more opportunities to workout with Solace.
A program designed to maximize your ability in these areas: strength, conditioning, power, stamina, and flexibility. Solace’s CrossFit at Home classes consist of a warm-up, strength or skill segment, and a conditioning piece. Classes can be done with minimal to no equipment and are open to individuals of all experience levels.
Body combines the core principles of CrossFit, HIIT, and traditional Strength & Conditioning programs into a total body workout designed to improve strength, increase endurance, and burn fat. Classes can be done with minimal to no equipment and are open to individuals of all fitness levels.
