With Coronavirus closing our doors, we are opening new ones. Solace is coming directly to your home with two new ways to participate in the classes and workouts you have come to count on at our gym location. You’ll see the same coaches you love, except this time they’ll be arriving through Zoom, and YouTube. Each day you can plan on seeing more and more opportunities to workout with Solace.

CrossFit at Home

Program designed to maximize your ability in these areas: strength, conditioning, power, stamina, and flexibility. Solace’s CrossFit at Home classes consist of a warm-up, strength or skill segment, and a conditioning piece. Classes can be done with minimal to no equipment and are open to individuals of all experience levels.

HIIT The Flow

A balance of high intensity movements and durable exercises to focus on longevity and performance featuring bodyweight training that will enhance and develop strength, power, agility, and balance. 

Open to all levels – designed to refine your movements and develop strength in a creative unconventional way.  No need to bring sneakers; barefoot is encouraged to create awareness and connect to the ground.

Body At Home

Body combines the core principles of CrossFit, HIIT, and traditional Strength & Conditioning programs into a total body workout designed to improve strength, increase endurance, and burn fat. Classes can be done with minimal to no equipment and are open to individuals of all fitness levels.

Mobility

Spend 30 minutes ungluing stuck tissues, adding new range to familiar movements and preparing your body to do more than just quarantine & chill. This mobility class is a perfect way to get yourself ready for your next workout, to wind down after a workout, or just to keep yourself in athletic shape. No equipment necessary! 

Kettlebell Strong

This is a 50 minute primal strength & conditioning class using bodyweight and kettlebell movements. Focused on building strength, endurance, and improving technique through primal & kettlebell complexes and flows. Kettlebell Strong is a hybrid of mobility, core, and strength development through bodyweight and kettlebell movements. 

Steel Mace

Spend 45 minutes learning and practicing the fundamentals of Steel Mace Flow. This class biases the lateral and rotational movements that are key to athleticism but often overlooked in conventional training. Strengthen joints, improve posture, and look cool doing it! This class requires a steel mace. Recommended weight is 10lbs.
